That is when I met my husband and soon after we were married, we began to build our family. He had a slight jump start on the family with a son from his first marriage. That's me and my stepson to the left. Don't we just look so happy!!!! I met my husband in May and we were married by November. A true romance and the perfect love story from the start. Now don't get me wrong. Everyone has their ups and downs but this marriage was meant to be. |

Our Romantic Weekend Away | From the start, I always talked about being a stay at home mom and my husband agreed that it would be great. However, it takes two incomes to support a household. There was really no way that we could figure out for me to be able to stay at home and still have all of the things that we wanted unless I had my home business. We love to go places and we love the nicer things in life. Those things just would not be available for us if I were to stay at home with no income. |
| There were so many options to choose from for Business that you can start from home. Most everything we looked at were high priced ventures that seemed so far out of our reach. My husband built several websites over a couple of years and all of them seemed to be good ideas. However, No one ever found the websites and advertising in newspapers was too expensive for our budget. |
|  | My daughter was growing up fast and still we had no home business that would help us make the kind of money needed for me to be a stay at home mom. It seemed we were spending a great deal of our time trying to build businesses that simply did not work and the time we were devoting to the businesses was time taken away from our children. |

| Several years passed and we had all but given up on the concept of my home business. Then I found out I was pregnant again. What a surprise to us!!! There was no plan to have anymore children. I wanted to be happy but I didn't want to have another child that would not be able to spend the quality time with their mother. Here again I began talking about how nice it would be to be able to stay at home to take care of my children. The dreaming started again and after watching a late night infomercial we spent a couple thousand dollars on a website that sold products. The infomercial sounded very promising and we really thought we could make it work. The business came with a website, gift cards and catalogues to distribute. We did everything the way the program was laid out and to this day our website has not had many visitors other than us. The site is a nice design and the company that built the site did a great job with the look and feel. However, they did not know how to drive traffic to the website. Below is a screen shot of the site and I still own the site to this day as I paid all of the fees for a couple of years. Keep reading and see how things turned around for me on my website venture.  |

| I remember when my husband found the SBI website. It was very late one night and he woke me up telling me "I think I found it" the way for you to be able to work from home. He showed me a little about the how SBI works and I went back to sleep. We talked about the possibilities that we saw with SBI for days. We saw the "Take Advantage of the Success Guarantee" and decided that we had nothing to lose. That is when I started building my home business - my Scrapbooking website. |

| If you are looking to make money over night, I can tell you that SBI is not for you. The mascot of SBI is the tortoise for a reason. You can not expect to make money over night. Now my story is not like most. I have heard from many who say they didn't make money until their 2nd year with SBI. I have already made back my original investment. |
| There are many ways that you can make money with your own website. One of the ways I have used for my home business is Google Adsense. If you do not know what Google Adsense is, take a look below. These are ads placed on Google by other websites. Google sends these ads to my website through a script that I place on my site. When my visitors are interested in one of the advertisers, they click on the the ad and are taken to the advertisers website where they are able to view what the advertiser has to offer. The great thing for the advertiser is the targeting of the ads. You will notice that Google places ads on sites based on the topic of the page that the ad is displayed on. As with my website most of the ads are related to scrapbooking. The advertiser chooses keywords that relate to their products or services. There is the possibility that a products for moms or products for children would appear on a scrapbook website. This would happen if the advertiser selected a target audience for scrapbooking. So as you can see Adsense is good for the advertiser as well as the website owner. This is a great way to make money from your website. |

 | I am not making enough to be a stay at home mom yet. Now get this, it should take more than a year to start making money and I started the SBI training course in April of 2008. Five months after I got my first visitor to my website I'm at over $250. Update: 01/29/2009 I have now made over $1,000 profit. I am at the 10 Month mark and look toward future growth. Thank you SBI I can already see a bright future as a stay at home mom and my baby is looking forward to spending more time with his mommy. Well, that is my home business story!
