Vintage Scrapbook Paper - Vintage Scrapbooking
Vintage Scrapbooking and using Vintage Scrapbook Paper are a great way to add a custom look with an old style. You may choose to use the vintage look in a scrapbook with new photos. However, the vintage look works best with old photos or photos that you have edited to have an old look. There are ways to give you images an old look and feel in order to achieve the over all look that is needed with a vintage scrapbook. One way to add the vintage look is by using photo shop. The best way to achieve the desired look is by first turning the picture to black and white. After changing the picture to black and white you can select an overlay color to give the picture an old look. You can also use textures or cracks to make the picture look old. Another way to achieve this is by using tea or coffee on the edges of a black and while photo. This is very risky as you may ruin you photos to a point of no return. I have a friend who used this technique but she dies the paper before printing the picture. I would not risk this on my own pictures and would not recommend trying it. There are many embellishments and papers designed for Vintage Scrapbooking. Vintage Scrapbook Paper may have a torn look or some people use the burlap print paper. Take a look below at several ideas you can use for your vintage scrapbooks.
